Additive MFG

Additive Manufacturing, also known as 3D manufacturing, is a process used to create three-dimensional parts from a digital file. It involves building up thin layers of material to create complete, complex parts that cannot be produced by traditional methods such as casting, forging, and machining. Additive manufacturing brings new design possibilities to the table, including being able to combine multiple components in production, minimize material use and reduce tooling costs.

We can consult with you on Additive Manufacturing processes for metal casting (including sand casting and investments casting), metal forming, composites, and plastics.

For those who need to focus on developing current products, we can provide support for existing products and create customized plans to assist your team in finalizing unfinished products. By identifying key requirements and client needs, we can work together to create a strategy to improve upon an established product and expand growth.

If you are in the beginning stages of creating a new product or line, we can help develop strategies for exceeding consumer requirements, product presentation, and work with your team to create results.

We build large industrial 3D printers that last. We care about quality 3D printers at affordable prices. Our passion is to build and sell large 3D printers to improve manufacturing industries. In today’s market, it is difficult to find quality, large 3D printers for an affordable price. We got tired of seeing low quality 3D printers that breakdown or fail after a short amount of time.

So we decided to build our own. We use the best components and precision machined steel to build our machines. Our goal is to build the highest quality 3D printer possible. If handled correctly, our 3D printers will last a lifetime.
